Wi-Fi Calling Not Working on iPhone 14 Pro? Here's How to Fix It
Troubleshooting Common Wi-Fi Calling Issues
Check Your Wi-Fi Connection
A weak or unstable Wi-Fi connection can disrupt Wi-Fi calling. Ensure your device is connected to a strong Wi-Fi network and try again.
Confirm Wi-Fi Calling Is Enabled
Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and confirm that the toggle is turned on. If it's off, tap the toggle to enable it.
Restart Your Device
Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve Wi-Fi calling issues. Power off your iPhone and turn it back on after a few minutes.
Reset Network Settings
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will remove all saved Wi-Fi passwords and network preferences, so be sure to have them backed up before doing this.
Reinsert Your SIM Card
In some cases, removing and reinserting your SIM card can fix Wi-Fi calling issues. Power off your iPhone, remove the SIM card, wait for 30 seconds, then insert it back in and power on your device.
Contact Your Carrier
If you've tried all the troubleshooting steps above and Wi-Fi calling is still not working, contact your mobile carrier. They may be able to help you diagnose and fix the issue.
